About us
You will find CARBŌ on the Zaagmolenkade in Rotterdam-Noord. A Mediterranean restaurant for a long lunch or an evening at the table.
We cook with the seasons, love good produce and like to give our dishes a twist of their own. The grill plays a leading part in our kitchen. Expect approachable dishes with character, fine wines and a relaxed atmosphere. Take your time, enjoy good food and let us look after you.

At Carbō you eat what you want, when you want – no fixed courses, no set order. We serve small and larger dishes. To choose, to combine and to share.

A special dinner with friends, a business lunch or an evening with the whole company? At CARBŌ we bring people together at the table. With 70 seats inside and another 70 on the terrace, there is room for parties of every kind.
Want CARBŌ all to yourself? Exclusive hire is preferably on Tuesday and Wednesday, when the restaurant is normally closed. Other days are possible by arrangement. Together we tailor the menu, the wines and the evening to your occasion.
